Our Clubs

Judo is a Global, Olympic Sport and Martial Art with a host of benefits including fitness co-ordination and confidence.

Shodan Judo uses a modern and effective approach to coaching with the use of music and games to create an exciting and enthusiastic atmosphere whilst still promoting the traditional values of respect and manners.

All our clubs are friendly and welcoming and accept anyone who wishes to participate regardless of age, experience and fitness. We are also one of the few martial art clubs in the area to welcome Children with learning and behavioural conditions.
